EVE Online featured in Applied Design at The Museum of Modern Art
EVE Online is featured at the world famous The Musem of Modern Art 's (MoMA) new Applied Design installation. This installation opened to the public this afternoon, March 1, 2013, and showcases a collection of video games selected by a panel of industry experts, amongst other media and artwork.
CCP Games created a "day in the universe" visual experience that brings the museum-goer on a journey in EVE Online's New Eden universe by displaying various player contributions from a 24 hour period together with a compilation of 1.2 terabytes player interaction data during the same period.
