Shortly before midnight on November 3rd, a hardware malfunction occurred in one of our data storage units. This caused issues with Tranquility, our websites, and our test servers. We were subsequently forced to take all services offline to prevent further trouble.

TQ was taken offline at 01:05 UTC on November 4, and is still offline. Our websites are now back online, and we would like to make it clear that all data is secure.

The Tuskers corporation is running a frigate free for all this weekend open to the entire EVE community.

The event is aimed at encouraging rookie players into PvP combat and will take place between 20:00 and midnight New Eden Standard time on Saturday October 27^th, with 3 billion ISK in prizes available including ships ranging from Tech 1 frigates to Faction Battleships.

Further to this news item published on October 8, the EVE Store sale is still ongoing and prices have been further reduced to clear existing stock. This will be the last chance to get your hands on your favorite EVE shirt, or your very own Tempest Battleship while supplies last.

Please note that the store will be closing temporarily on October 31 and all sales are final.

During the deployment of EVE Online: Inferno 1.3, several DUST 514 items were incorrectly seeded on the market on Tranquility. When a player attempts to buy such an item an error message will appear due to the fact that these items are not purchasable. No ISK will be removed from a player’s wallet when the transaction fails.

These items were not intended to be visible on the market and will be removed during downtime on Wednesday, October 17th.
